contractually
Contractually is a new Vancouver based startup which is turning heads all over town. At Launchparty Vancouver it was voted the startup most likely to succeed. I was brought on as part of the Contractually team to help develop the css and to do the production design for a major overhaul of the application.
Contractually is a web service that takes the hassle out of dealing with contracts and negotiation.
contractual.ly / beta2.contractual.ly
The site provides templates for contracts, as well as allows for users to create their own. It also handles negotiations and signing of contractsl. In full the application makes dealing with contracts simple from start to finish. The site also logs and archives all changes to contracts and message history over time making Contractually a powerful web service.
We have just launched the public beta of the application.
I think the app has really come a long way, both in terms of the design and the usability.I worked closely with the UX designer for the site Todd Sieling who did a fantastic job sorting out some really complex UI questions.
The Rails developer Howard Yeh has done a fantastic job streamlining the new version of the application. Martin Ertl and the rest of the Contractually team were really great to work with as well.
